Rose Craft Marine warrants each new Intruder Boat to the retail purchaser to be free from structural defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of first retail purchase, under normal conditions and use of service, for recreational purposes, and when powered within its rated maximum horsepower capacity.
During the warrant period, Rose Craft will repair at its plant, or will authorize its dealer to repair, such boats as it shall determine to be defective in material or workmanship and that it shall meet all the requirements of this limited warranty. This determination is the exclusive decision of Rose Craft which does not authorize any other party to make these decisions or to assume any liability for its products.
Rose Craft reserves the right to make changes as market and supply conditions dictate. Photographs may show boats displaying optional equipment and therefore would not be shown on the retail level as standard equipment. Always check with your dealer for standard features on all models. Rose Craft manufacturing reserves the right to disclaim and/or correct any printing or copy errors.
